Property Energy Guide Demo mode · example data

How this prototype works

When hosted with the EPC connector, postcode lookups use the official GOV.UK EPC register. Without it, the page falls back to example data.
Try CB4 1AB, NR2 3QZ, IP1 2DE or SG1 1AA.
Installers are invented. Only MCS-certified partners will appear live.
SMS code is always 1234.
Nothing is sent anywhere. The last screen shows what the installer would receive.
